Sometimes a student account is put on hold if forms are not completed properly or payments are outstanding.

The following is a list of hold codes, what each means and what impact it may have on your student account. If you have queries about any of these holds, please call 9564 1846

You have not yet completed the Government Student Eligibility Declaration Form for your current program(s).

Your access to the Holmesglen network is restricted. Please contact the Information Office on 9564 1846 to finalise your Government Student Eligibility Declaration Form.

Once completed the hold will be removed from your student account.

You have not verified your Unique Student Identifier (USI) as part of your Holmesglen enrolment. Your access to the Holmesglen network is restricted.

To verify your USI, follow the instructions outlined on this page. 

For more information about and to create the Unique Student Identifier, visit the government's USI website.

Once completed, your student account will be taken off hold.

Your student fees are now due and payable.

You have outstanding student fees.

This means your access to Holmesglen student services and resources has been restricted. You will be unable to log into the Holmesglen IT network, or access online learning resources or your results.

To regain access to these online services, you first need to pay your outstanding fees. Find out here how to pay for your course.

Your apprentice/trainee tuition/material fees are now due and payable.

You have outstanding apprentice/trainee tuition/material fees. Your access to Holmesglen student services and resources has been restricted.

This means that you will be unable to log into the Holmesglen IT network, or access online learning resources or your results.

To regain access to these online services, you first need to pay your outstanding fees.

You have an issue with your HELP Loan application.
