Holmesglen hires out classrooms, computer rooms and lecture theatres across our campuses when they’re not in use.
However, we do require proof of adequate public liability insurance and your ability to meet OH&S obligations. We may also deny your request if we deem your activity as inappropriate.
How to book:
- For unserviced rooms with no room set-up, catering or support, please book through the Timetable Office on 03 9564 6305
- For serviced corporate suites and conference packages, please book through the Holmesglen Conference Centre on 03 9564 1500.
If you are interested in hiring a teaching space, please remember:
- Advertising: Your advertising material must be appropriate and must indicate that Holmesglen does not endorse the activity being conducted. The Holmesglen logo also cannot be used.
- Room condition: Rooms must be left in the same condition as they were at the start of your event. Any damage must be reported to the officer on duty.
- Banned items: No food or drinks can be brought into or cooked in the rooms. Also, no candles or other devices can be used to light fires in the rooms.
- Bookings and cancellations: You must provide proof of every booking to Holmesglen security officers. Holmesglen reserves the right to cancel any bookings if these rules are not followed.
