Located at our Moorabbin campus, Cilantro is one of our two hospitality training restaurants, and home to world renowned Le Cordon Bleu Institute.
Patisserie and cuisine students create authentic French cuisine; combined with an exemplary service experience. The restaurant has a fully licensed bar with an extensive beverage list including cellar listed wines, beers, spirits, cocktails and mocktails.
