VET in Schools Students | Dinner at Cilantro Restaurant | 3 Course Menu |
Our VET in Schools students who are from many different High Schools in our local area attend classes one day a week at Holmesglen. They are studying a Certificate 3 in Hospitality/Cookery as part of their VCE and are putting their skills to the test with a 3-course menu on Tuesday evenings. This menu is different to the Le Cordon Bleu menu with a few fewer choices but at the amazing price of $40pp for 3 courses. Please come along and support them. We would love to see you.

Le Cordon Bleu 5 Course Degustation Dinner with Matched Wines - $100pp
The Le Cordon Bleu Cuisine students, together with their Chef teachers, have designed special menus to both challenge themselves and delight our guests. A Five-course menu for all those “foodies” out there who like to try something out of the ordinary. The menu includes matched fine wines selected by our wine studies teachers to complement your meal perfectly.
Guests will be seated at communal tables to make the most of our restaurant's capacity. Each table will typically accommodate 10 guests, as this event is designed to be a shared table dining experience.
(This menu may not suit some dietary preferences as it is a 5-course set menu with no other choices available)

Friday High Tea Lunches | Le Cordon Bleu - Patisserie Students
The High Tea Lunch is a marvellous mix of individual savoury and sweet creations from our patisserie staff and students for a substantial lunch. There is a delicious variety of hot and cold savoury tartlets, pastries and finger sandwiches/rolls, followed by dessert items from scones, tartlets, pastries and amazingly intricate desserts. A maximum of 10 guests will be seated per table.
