Deferring, suspending or cancellation of enrolment
In accordance with the National Code of Practice for Providers of Education and Training to Overseas Students 2018, Standard 9 – Deferring, Suspending or Cancelling of Enrolment, to suspend or cancel your enrolment please use one of the following forms.

As part of your student visa conditions, you must ensure you have suitable Overseas Student Health Cover (OSHC) for the duration of your studies. In the event that you amend your enrolment and this increases the duration of your study, you will need to extend your OSHC. In this case, you should contact your OSHC provider directly and discuss your options. If you have taken cover with Holmesglen’s preferred OSHC provider (Allianz) see this video which can assist you in increasing your OSHC coverage.
Overseas Student Transfers - Application for release letter
In accordance with the National Code of Practice for Providers of Education and Training to Overseas Students 2018, Standard 7 – Overseas Student Transfers, to apply for a release letter from Holmesglen, please use this form if you are a student visa holder.
