Entry Requirements

To be eligible, students must be at least 16 years of age.<p>It is recommended that students entering the Certificate II in Work Education have completed the Certificate I in Work Education 22566VIC previously. However there are no formal prerequisites.
Prior to enrolment or commencement of training you will be required to complete a literacy and numeracy assessment and a pre-training interview. These will assist with determining your suitability to the course, verify your training plan, and identify any learning support needs.<p>Entry to the 22631VIC Certificate II in Work Education is restricted to post compulsory school age learners who are committed to seeking employment and have learning support needs<p>You may be able to reduce the number of units to be studied in your chosen course by measuring skills acquired through work, life experiences or qualifications obtained from formal studies or training. AQF qualifications and statements of attainment issued by another registered training organisation will be recognised by Holmesglen

Timetable

Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday 9.30am to 2.30pm<p>To be eligible for the award of 22481VIC Certificate II in Work Education learners must complete a total of 8 units comprising:<br>• 3 core units<br>• 1 WHS / OHS stream unit that best supports the focus of the elective units selected<br>• 6 elective units<p>This course runs 10 units. <p>Elective units have been chosen by Holmesglen to reflect the integrity and intent of the qualification and based on feedback from industry and staff.

Additional Course Cost
