You will also learn to develop workplace policies and procedures for sustainability and the environment.<p>The units of competency contained in this qualification will assist participants in managing and navigating the organisational requirements and expectations of the ISO45001, AS/NZS4801, AS/NZS9001 and AS/NZS14001, by providing learners with solid foundational skills and knowledge in the design and development of organisational appropriate management systems, processes, and procedures. <p>Our diploma course also contains the BSBWHS512, Contribute to managing work-related psychological health and safety. This gives participants a thorough understanding of how to manage the risks associated with mental health in the workplace.<p>The course will help you develop your management and leadership skills. You will learn how to manage WHS procedures and quality systems and how to streamline processes to minimise risks associated with work-related operations.
You may be able to reduce the number of units to be studied in your chosen course by measuring skills acquired through work, life experiences or qualifications obtained from formal studies or training. AQF qualifications and statements of attainment issued by another registered training organisation will be recognised by Holmesglen.
