Training is delivered at Holmesglen’s Renewable Energy Training Centre at our Moorabbin campus. The facility includes the installation of new solar panels and electric vehicle charging stations and battery storage to give learners hands-on experience using premium equipment and technologies and experience with residential and commercial systems.
The course blends online learning with practical face-to-face on-campus workshops. Learners are required to complete online study and attend a series of on-campus practical workshop sessions. The online study and on-campus sessions are delivered in parallel, by one course instructor.
Note: Learners who already hold competencies in the skill set can apply for credit transfer towards the skill set qualification.
You may be able to reduce the number of units to be studied in your chosen course by measuring skills acquired through work, life experiences or qualifications obtained from formal studies or training. AQF qualifications and statements of attainment issued by another registered training organisation will be recognised by Holmesglen.
