Our restaurant provides a unique dining environment for lunch or dinner during the school term times and caters for individual bookings or group bookings. We also host several specialty and regional dinners throughout the year.
Zest is a fully licensed restaurant with a wide selection of well sourced wines, beers, spirits, liqueurs, cocktails and mocktail available at a very reasonable price.
Zest offers modern Australian cuisine and provides industry focus training to future hospitality professionals. This allows the trainees to practice their learned food and beverage service skills, knowledge, and interpersonal skills.

Monday and Tuesday | Zest Cafe Menu | $8 to $16 items
If you're short on time, you're welcome to select one or two courses from our Zest Café/Bistro menu. We can have you enjoying a quick and delicious lunch at our Waverley campus in as little as 30 to 60 minutes. If you'd rather relax and savour the dining experience, simply let us know and we'll ensure you can take your time and enjoy your meal at a leisurely pace.

Zest Wine Dinner | Selected Fine Wines Paired with a Delicious 5 Course Menu | $95pp
The Zest Wine Dinner is one of the final assessments for Diploma of Hospitality students, showcasing their skills in wine knowledge, food pairing, and service. Students have collaborated with the chef to create a 5-Course menu paired with carefully selected beverages. During the evening, students will present their research and explain their pairing choices, offering guests an engaging and educational dining experience. The event celebrates their learning journey and provides a professional, real-world hospitality showcase.

Zest High Tea Lunches | $55pp*
Treat yourself to a truly indulgent High Tea Lunch , generously designed as a substantial lunch experience rather than a traditional afternoon tea.
Enjoy an enticing selection of savoury delights, including finger sandwiches, tartlets, pastries, and a variety of hot and cold hors d’oeuvres. This is followed by a stunning array of handcrafted sweet treats, featuring cakes, macarons, pastries, mini desserts, and freshly baked scones served with jam and cream.
Every item is created in-house by our talented patisserie students under the guidance of our experienced and highly skilled Patisserie teachers.
