Our commitment to reconciliation
Our Reconciliation Action Plan journey
Holmesglen's Reconciliation Action Plan (RAP) focuses on four key pillars: Relationships, Respect, Opportunities, and Governance. The RAP aims to foster meaningful connections with First Nations communities, enhance cultural understanding, and create a culturally safe environment for students. By integrating First Nations cultures into teaching, promoting opportunities for engagement, and building sustainable governance structures, Holmesglen is committed to creating a more inclusive environment. The plan also involves upskilling staff and working closely with First Nations communities and partners to support reconciliation efforts effectively.
