International students studying at Holmesglen are required to pay tuition fees for their course. Fees vary depending on the qualification, course duration and enrolment arrangements.

2027 International Student Offer
10% off your first-year tuition fees
Eligible international students commencing at Holmesglen in 2027 may receive a 10% discount on their first-year tuition fees.
This is a limited-time offer. Eligibility conditions, nursing course exclusions and pathway exceptions apply.
2027 tuition discount closing dates
The 2027 international student tuition discount is available to eligible students commencing in Semester 1 or Semester 2, 2027.
2027 tuition discount FAQs
Eligible international students commencing within the applicable enrolment period may receive a 10% discount on the first year of their course tuition fees.
The Diploma of Nursing and Bachelor of Nursing are excluded from the general offer, except where the specified nursing pathway applies.
International students progressing from a diploma course at Holmesglen into a bachelor's degree may receive a 10% discount on the first year of their bachelor's degree tuition fees.

Payment due dates
For international students, tuition payment is due each semester, two weeks prior to class commencement. You are encouraged to pay your tuition fees promptly to ensure continued access to student services and resources.
Holmesglen reviews its tuition fees and other charges annually. You need to pay the current fee that applies from the beginning of the next study period.
Payment options
Pay Online
Holmesglen offers the convenience of online payment. We recommend using our secure online payment gateway which can be accessed via the my.holmesglen.edu.au student portal.
Pay in person
You can pay in person at any Holmesglen campus Information Office. Note that cash payments can only be made at the Moorabbin, Glen Waverley and Chadstone Info Offices. All other campuses are cashless campuses and cannot accept cash payments.
Refunds
International students may be eligible for a refund depending on their circumstances and the conditions of their enrolment. Holmesglen's fee payment and refund procedures explain refund eligibility, applicable conditions and how to request a refund.

Tuition Fee Protection Service
The Australian Government's Tuition Protection Service (TPS) helps eligible international students if their education provider is unable to deliver their course.
Depending on the circumstances, the TPS may assist affected students to continue their studies through an alternative course or obtain a refund of unspent tuition fees.

If an education provider defaults on its obligations, eligible students may be supported through the tuition protection arrangements.
