The Advanced Diploma of Hospitality Management will allow you to apply practical managerial skills in the hospitality industry. You will learn to operate with significant independence and will gain further knowledge in business and management strategies.
This course incorporates the SIT50416 Diploma of Hospitality Management. If you have already completed the diploma, you may be able to complete this course in just six months.
To receive this qualification, you must complete 16 core units and 17 elective units.
Elective units have been chosen by Holmesglen based on feedback from industry and staff qualifications.
If you have already completed other eligible elective units, these may be counted towards completion of this course.

There are no entry requirements for this qualification, however it is strongly recommended you undertake lower level qualifications, or gain industry experience prior to entering SIT50416 Diploma of Hospitality Management.
All participants are required to successfully complete all pre-enrolment activities prior to enrolment to this course.
VCE or equivalent; or relevant work experience.
Recognition of prior learning
You may be able to shorten the length of your chosen course by measuring skills acquired through work, life experiences or qualifications obtained from formal studies or training. AQF qualifications and statements of attainment issued by another registered training organisation will be recognised by Holmesglen. Qualification and recognition
On completion, you will attain the SIT60316 Advanced Diploma of Hospitality.
