The Diploma of Accounting will give you an advanced understanding of financial reporting, income tax returns, auditing, business performance, statistics and law as they apply to the accounting profession, as well as the broader Australian business environment.

Studying the Diploma of Accounting at Holmesglen
Classes are highly interactive, with challenging and relevant assignments and projects. You will gain knowledge and skills in practical accounting applications to gain employment in entry level accounting positions.

Assessment
Assessments are designed to provide learners with opportunities to demonstrate they have attained the required skills and knowledge using a range of practically based activities and tasks, as required by recognised standards.

Completion of FNS40617 Certificate IV in Accounting and Bookkeeping
Recognition of prior learning
You may be able to reduce the number of units to be studied in your chosen course by measuring skills acquired through work, life experiences or qualifications obtained from formal studies or training. AQF qualifications and statements of attainment issued by another registered training organisation will be recognised by Holmesglen. Upon completion, you will be awarded the FNS50217 Diploma of Accounting.

All fees are indicative only. Holmesglen reviews its tuition fees and charges annually. You will be required to pay the current fee that applies from the beginning of the next study period.
An additional administration fee may apply where the application is submitted directly to Holmesglen and not through a Holmesglen-approved education agent.
