You will undertake training in hand skills, trade terminology and the use of various products, including ceramic and porcelain tiles.

You will learn to interpret working drawings of buildings and be able to apply basic mathematics.

Wall and floor tilers do a variety of work including mosaic tiling, kitchens and bathrooms, pools and spas, and you can use creativity in your designs.

You'll become proficient in the installation of a variety of carpets and underlays, including carpet tiles, in both commercial and domestic premises.

Flooring technology will see you working in both domestic and commercial sites and renovation projects.
