What is VCAL?
Completing Year 10, 11 and 12 is an important step towards a career, but VCE is not your only option. The Victorian Certificate of Applied Learning (VCAL) is a 'hands-on' option for students in Years 10, 11 and 12; and like VCE, VCAL is a recognised senior secondary qualification, better suited to many student's learning needs and career pathways to that of VCE. The flexibility of the VCAL program enables students to design a study program that suits their interests and needs.
