Students'  personal email addresses are no longer used as the primary email within Holmesglen's learning management system Brightspace.

All Brightspace notifications including assignment submission receipts and teacher correspondence are now be delivered to your Holmesglen student email address:  {NetworkUserName}

Your Network User Name is the same username you use to log in to a computer on campus or login to Brightspace.

Alternatively, you can access your email inside Brightspace by accessing the Student Office 365 widget or head to Enter your Holmesglen student email address and you will be taken to the Holmesglen organisational login page. Your password for this system is the same one you used to log in to Brightspace.

Other official notifications from Holmesglen will continue to be delivered to your personal email address.

To further protect your personal information - in this case, your personal email address.

1. The email is only available while you remain a Holmesglen student. So, when your enrolment finishes - make sure you download all your files and emails as they will be permanently deleted 30 days after your class finishes. We suggest that you set up a rule in Outlook student email to forward all emails to your current personal email.
2. The student email cannot be used as a primary email address in the Banner Student Information System - you must keep your current personal email.
