Leadership programs take on many facets and combine elements across both the Business Foundations and Professional Essentials suite coupled with dynamic and best-practice leadership tools, techniques and topics. Areas of focus:

Leadership has many facets and is often enacted in complex situations. Leaders themselves have many facets and each has their own preferred style. Being aware of the extremities of leadership and having an understanding of the full range of leadership situations allows leaders to be more versatile.

In short, leaders need to be adaptive. This program provides the key skills for leaders to take on different personas and to demonstrate flexibility in how they cope in situations that are constantly changing.

Learn to connect and engage with internal and external stakeholders by recognising the difference between a connected leader and other leadership styles.
 
This program engages with the four key components of the Connected Leadership Model: Clarity, Certainty, Commitment and Contribution and will teach the techniques to enhance your connected leadership style, your career possibilities and promote a collaborative work environment.  
 
This program introduces the fundamentals of mindfulness for leaders and the positive impacts a mindful leadership style can have on business if applied.
 
Participants will engage with informal and formal mindfulness practices and establish the mindset and characteristics of a mindful leader for the benefit of enhancing their leadership style and a more productive and self-aware workforce.
