Learn the principles of good design and discover how to create an overall look or theme to suit your home. Learn design process, components of thoughtful design, line, colour, texture, materials and plantings.

    • Gain knowledge and skills to confidently complete a garden design to personal requirements

    • Learn to select appropriate plants and undertake soil restoration

    • Learn site analysis; design philosophy; plant selection; soil types and modification and ph; turf selection and care; irrigation and drainage; annuals and perennials; water gardens; plan preparation
