Do you want to know how to mix muffin batter, stir fry, knead pizza dough, bake and saut�? These techniques and more are covered in this introduction to cooking series of classes. Students gain confidence week by week through demonstration and hands on participation in a range of menus that include risotto, scones, pizza, casseroles, soups, schnitzels and salad. Included are all recipes, class notes and all ingredients. Naturally we sample and take home all foods prepared in class. No prior knowledge or experience required.
