This course provides participants with cutting edge techniques in selling skills designed to maximise the performance of account managers and sales managers in today's competitive market place, in which uncertainty and confusion reign supreme. There is an emphasis on the presentation of practical skills with workshops and role-play exercises. The course provides participants with the skills needed to maximise their performance using a blend of selling, sales management and account management techniques. With customers becoming more demanding and competitors becoming smarter, it is imperative that organisations continually strive to improve the performance and maximise the return on investment of their sales people.
