You have approximately 40,000 to 100,000 thoughts each day, and about 90% of these thoughts are repeated the next day. When they are negative (and believed ro be true) they create stress, anxiety and discomfort. Mindfulness has been proven to reduce these discomforts. For mindfulness to be effective you need to allocate some time each day to become aware of your thoughts and build regular positive habits that become more dominant than the existing negative ones.
In a supportive space, this course allows you ‘time out’ to become mindfully aware of your thoughts, not just understanding, but a deep experiential knowing of their essence. Through simple meditation exercises, habit breaking techniques and proven contemplative exercises you will walk away with a new found personal knowledge and experience of a new habit of mindfulness. It only takes 10 minutes to begin along this pathway toward calm, confidence, harmony and happiness … no one deserves a life controlled by discomfort and everyone deserves 10 minutes of mindfulness.
