The Certificate III in Tourism (travel agency stream) gives secondary school students a basic grounding for a career in travel and tourism, a fast-growing, dynamic industry.
You will study enticing destinations and impressive travel products, and learn to provide exceptional customer service.
You will learn how to prepare quotes, source airfares for domestic flights and sell tourism products and services.
There’s even an optional Gold Coast trip to explore Queensland’s tourism industry and the operations of a theme park.
We also teach you how to provide great customer service and participate in safe work practices.
This course is a VET Delivered to Secondary School Students (previously VETiS) course and can only be completed as part of your VCE or VCAL program.
