The Certificate I in General Education for Adults, Switch program, is a re-engagement program for students who are looking to thrive in a different learning environment to that of traditional schooling.

Switch is a flexible program with small class numbers, focused on employment and education pathways. The program is tailored to individual students, where the teacher is accompanied by a youth worker at all times, to help support the individual progress of students.

Students gain a greater sense of belonging, feel safe, have fun and learn more about themselves, whilst being introduced to more opportunities. Switch is delivered four days per week, operating from Tuesday through until Friday, from 9.30am until 2.30pm each day.

If your attendance was not great at your current school during 2018, this change in environment could be the answer for you to get your education back on track, operating alongside your school calendar, but attending Holmesglen's Glen Waverley campus instead, as an alternative to Year 10, in 2019.
