Through the management stream of the Certificate IV in Business, you will develop expertise in analysis and presentation, as well as skills in workplace leadership.

You'll learn how to apply digital solutions to work processes, building the foundation for a successful career in operations, administration and planning.

Course structure

To receive this qualification you must complete one core unit and nine elective units.

Elective units have been chosen by Holmesglen based on feedback from industry and staff qualifications.

If you have already completed other eligible elective units, these may be counted towards completion of this program.

These programs are structured so you can commence at a level appropriate to your current understanding, and may choose the units most relevant to your training needs.

Entry requirements

Good passes at year 11 or the overseas equivalent and preferably some relevant work experience.

English language proficiency equivalent to IELTS 5.5 (Academic) with no individual bandscore less than 5.5.

RECOGNITION OF PRIOR LEARNING

You may be able to shorten the length of your chosen course by measuring skills acquired through work, life experiences or qualifications obtained from formal studies or training. AQF qualifications and statements of attainment issued by another registered training organisation will be recognised by Holmesglen. QUALIFICATION AND RECOGNITION

After successfully completing this course, you will be eligible to receive the BSB40215 Certificate IV in Business.

PATHWAYS

After successful completion, students can enrol in the BSB51915 Diploma of Leadership and Management.
