Participants will be assessed in accordance with WorkSafe Victoria guidelines. This accredited skill set is made up of 1 unit of competence TLILIC4010 that has been chosen by Holmesglen based on feedback from industry and staff qualifications. Assessments are designed to provide learners with opportunities to demonstrate they have attained the required skills and knowledge using a range of practically based activities and tasks, as required by recognised standards.
Participants are existing workers with a High Risk Work License, such as Doggers or Riggers in the Manufacturing, Construction or Infrastructure Industries and have prior logged experience in crane operations.
There are no formal pre-requisites for this course but participants must be at least 18 and hold a valid driver’s licence
A good command of the English language, both written and verbal, is recommended, as this course is delivered and assessed in English only.
Qualification and recognition
On completion of the course, participants will receive a Statement of Attainment.
