An evening culminating from our Diploma students’ industry research, via a series of wine tastings, vineyard visits, and discussions with wine makers, sommeliers and chefs. Their accumulated experience with guidance from their sommelier teacher results in a themed selection of wines, expertly paired with a fabulous feast.

Our teaching staff are putting their reputations on the line and working with our apprentices to prepare a 5 course extravaganza. Each chef will take on one course and try to outdo the others, assisted by our final year apprentice chefs. There will be prizes and raffles on offer, with proceeds going to assist the apprentices on their ‘Paddock to Plate’ excursion.  One of the most popular dinners of the year.
