The Holmesglen Foundation is offering financial assistance for current learners who are experiencing financial difficulty as a result of coronavirus. Available through the generosity of donors, this assistance is an important addition to other forms of support Holmesglen already provides to help learners continue their studies during these challenging times.

Whether you have lost your job or are struggling to access or remain in safe housing, or require assistance to purchase food or technology, financial assistance grants are available to local and international students currently enrolled in any Holmesglen course, and aim to provide emergency support where you need it most.

Grants available up to $500
  • To assist with living costs such as food, rent, utilities
  • To assist with your fees
  • For equipment you need to continue your studies
The Foundation may match you with existing grants/scholarships for which you are eligible.

All applications will be considered by the Holmesglen Foundation. Grants will be distributed to eligible applicants who plan to continue and complete their studies with Holmesglen and who are assessed to demonstrate the greatest need.

To get support to you as soon as possible, the Foundation will assess applications on a rolling basis. Incomplete applications may delay consideration. You may be required to provide documentary evidence of equipment purchased.
To be eligible for this financial assistance, applicants must be:
  • a learner currently enrolled in a Holmesglen course
  • experiencing financial difficulty due to the coronavirus situation
Recipients of grants will be selected by the Holmesglen Foundation based on:
  • demonstration of financial difficulty
  • personal statements as outlined on the application form
  • information provided as part of follow up contact or interviews.

All information is correct at the time of printing but subject to change.
