For over two decades the site has been the major Victorian trainer for electrical, gas, telecommunications, industrial skills and workplace health and safety training. 

Located on three hectares of land, the campus is located 1.5kms from Holmesglen’s main Chadstone campus. Certified by the Green Building Council of Australia’s Green Star project, the site has three buildings with a 5 Star Green rating. 

Apart from continuing to be the leading centre of industry training in electrical, workplace health and safety, industrial skills and civil construction training. From 2020, the campus is the site of a the Victorian Tunnelling Training Centre, where local workers are being trained in underground construction and tunnelling.
